Phone Video onto PC.

Wifey has got a Samsung E370 mobile, see loves it but there a bit of a problem.

Phone will take video, great on the phone but it wont download onto the PC.

The file thats created on the PC isn't recognised nor is it on anyone elses PC so far.

Is there some clever software I can use?

The advertising blurb says the video format is MPEG4. You could convert it using super or get an MPEG4 codec for your media player (google MPEG4 codec)

Easy one mate. get video converter software , bluetooth the vid to your computer, then get the vid converter to set it to a formet your computer will understand.

free vid converter software such as videora should do the job

There is a package that will play any video format,link below.

Alternative is to download the Samsung media player, but the Nokia or Sony one will do as well.

You will also find Quicktime will play MP4's

At least then you can choose what to convert.
