It's malware - probably Smitfraud or Goored. Is it still popping up now?

Don't click the OK button

Sounds like you have a malware program installed. Use Spybot Search and destroy to get rid of it, personally I wouldn't trust any software written by microsoft.

Cheers

Hi Roger,
Too late, she hit the ok button.
Now my pc is telling me on shared documents, 8 viruses, hard docs 1, hard drive 9, various names threat level from critical to high.
Recommends click start protection button to erase all threats.

When we hit start button, a setup build exe pops up (which looks dodgy)
Name setup_build7_102.exe from searchurlguide.com

Aaaaaaaaghhhh

Re: "warning your PC is at risk of virus and...

Ignore that list, it's a scam it's an A-360 variant. You have got an infection, but not what it's telling you. This is ransom-ware. It's got it's claws into your PC and now wants paying to remove it.

The good news is that it's easy to remove. I remove these all the time for Club members. Good reason to join eh

So to fix: Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Email or PM me the log.

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

No need to panic, it's (probably) not a big issue

Don't use Spybot for this, it's quite a good tool but won't sort all this out. If it's just A-360, it won't pose a security risk, but we can check this if you like.
