It will tell you that
C:\Program Files\Google\GoogleToolbar\GoogleToolbarUser.exe and
C:\Program Files\Google\GoogleToolbar\component\GoogleToolbarUser_FCDD4C5F33EE805c.exe

are Trojanhorse Proxy.AHIY. This is a false positive, you do not need to take any action.

It's a bit more like 'Some people don't understand why others have and use an electric start." - to make life easy.

Me, for example, most of my job relies on research - I probably wouldn't have found the AVG warning without the ability to research quickly. I use three or four specialist toolbars to do my job.
