Re: Progress reports

I had this made from a top bloke in Bromley Kent called Steve from SAS engineering.
It's gonna finish my bike off real well, just need to sort the wheel shaft on the lathe and relocate the indicators.

Re: Progress reports

Cheers guys.....Tibbs, spot on, cool set of springers, i like em.......Dantheman, i fabricated them myself, took about 4 months so far. I'm foreman/supervisor of a Engineering Machine shop so i'm dead lucky to have use of pro mills, lathe's etc. If i can get off me lazy arse (winter night's not good) next stage is to sort out the frame. Will post up some pics later, but its a long term project. Tibbs, looking forward to seeing yours finished and up and running

Thanks mate, your a lucky bugger having that stuff at your work, where are you based?
I need someone like you to teach me some tricks on my old lathe, still learning.
You can really tell your springer has been done professionally.
I'm looking forward to getting them on the bike but I'm enjoying riding it too much at the moment to have it off the road again.
