Very nice jp, not bad for a first bike rebuild. Is that your pre-unit Triumph in the background as well ? You lucky sod !

Yes i know - my mate has finished an xr1000 and is selling it as he is afraid of riding it in case the engine goes. My view is that i have to ride it, change the oil regular and hope for the best. if it breaks then i will worry - until then i am riding it..

Hi - its a triumph grand prix racer 500cc twin - very very rare - most people have never heard of it. it rides very very well - have had round the tt course which was fun to say the least. next year will be taking the XR.
