this winters project

hopefully this year it will get finished

have rebuilt the kickstart are replace the aftermarket taiwanese kicker shaft (see pic) that is weakened at one end with a 360 degree grove for the clamp bolt with a jims unit, which only has a small notch to allow the clamp bolt through, I've had two of these cheap taiwanese shafts break. both in the same place, the Jims unit should be able to do the business

alose replaced the horrible spring retainer bolt the one with cheap chrome that cracks and rusts with a button head stainless screw that is a load cleaner and won't rust

have fitted the 3 degree offset bearing cups to kick the front end out a bit further (about an inch)

piece of piss to fit and frame remains standard so it can always be put back to original

the wiring is hidden by the tank and it all works best to leave it alone
