Custom Works Charity Weekend for NABD & Egg Run to Derby Children's Hospital

Custom Works are holding an open weekend to raise money for NABD on March 31st-April 1st. As bikers we are sure you will agree this is a very worthwhile charity. We are holding a raffle to be drawn on the Sunday afternoon with all proceeds going to NABD.
We are having an Easter Egg Run to the Derby City Children's Hospital leaving at 10.30am approx on the Sunday, April 1st. Any children well enough will be allowed out of the wards to look at the bikes. All bikes are welcome not just Harleys.

Thanks to Fuz for help with the ride out,51 bikes, not bad eh. A big thanks to the East Mids members on supporting the charities that Custom Works have been supporting this weekend. We will be supporting region 10 in any events you paticipate in.
The staff at the hospital were very pleased to see us as no other bikers have gone to the hospital this Easter. They have asked us to go back again at Christmas preferably in fancy dress. (No excuses will be accepted for turning up in normal clothes-no exceptions that includes Ian).
We are hoping to hold a Custom Show at the shop later in the year. This has been mentioned to the hospital staff as we were going to donate money raised from that event to the Childrens ward. The staff have suggested that rather than money we actually buy something for the benefit of the children from the proceeds. By doing that the children will benefit as cash just gets lost in administration.
Our raffle this weekend has raised £120 for NABD. Eddie you have a prize waiting for you.
