Meal after AGM

We have the upstairs function room booked for 7:30 at the Bull and Swan Diseworth, its about 2 miles from east midlands airport

Excellent food, real ale, large carpark and reasonably bike friendly as other bike clubs use this pub for the monthly meetings

If I could have people contact with with numbers attending so I can confirm with the pub approx numbers attending

Same setup as last year function room has been booked from 6pm in the evening

Seating is limited to about 28 max in the function room so please contact Ann to get seat reserved. she will be collecting £5 deposit as seating is limited

Email will be sent to all the usual suspects

Note late xmas party that Anne is organising on 28th Feb is still happening so there should not be any confusion regarding dates

Many thanks for sorting that out for us Graeme. Last year was excellent and we all had a great time.

We will be compiling the list of those who want to join us on this post-AGM meal (28th March 2009), at the next regional meeting and we will be also collecting a £5 deposit to secure places.
