| Regional AGM
Just a reminder that the East Midlands (Region 10) AGM is at the February Meeting on Sunday 5th. Starting at 7:30pm at Mt Grundy's as usual.
The posts of Rep, Assistant Rep and Treasurer will be voted on for 2012 and please feel free to stand if you fancy having a bash at any of these jobs. The accounts will also be discussed and ratified, so you will need your membership card to participate in any voting that takes place. The 2012 membership cards will probably not have arrived by then, so your 2011 one will have to suffice.
Please let us know if there is anything you would like to discuss at the meeting and it can be added to the agenda. There will be an AOB as well, so don't worry if you don't think of things until the night.
