Oh that's good, I enjoy Bikes 'n' Barges Sunday. Always a decent turn out of interesting bi-wheeled machinery on the quay, and decent beer at the Queens Head.

It was good meeting you Essex boys at Cholesterol corner and the ride into Maldon. Sorry we lost you, had to go into town to get Claire some hayfever tablets. Really good bike show, and the vintage car show wasn't bad either.

It was a great day,I failed to make contact with the club members,but I'm sure I saw you all at some point,was a bit busy trying to look like I knew what I was suposed to be doing,(standing on the corner at the bottom of the steep hill ).
But I did manage to ask a Greek looking bloke about his haircut,(as advice was given that that is the way of going about introducing ones self),but after a bit of 'oh, sorry you are not Steve are you', I decided that I had better wind my neck in a bit!
Can I suggest that next time such intro advise is given,a pic of the member is provided to prevent a repetition of what proved to be a most unfortunate sequence of events!
