Anterior cruciate ligament for the ones who dont know what ACL means. back to work today after 8 days rest and recouperation. Tried sitting on bike but too painful to apply brake at mo. Also keepin foot on floor to hold bike up is tricky. Lookin at another couple o weeks before biking properly. ALSO my shifts mean cannot make any of the essex meets Would like to arrange a ride-out sometime in a couple of weeks. Any offers? Ill put my availability soon. take care yall Simon
