The current Rep John and both assistant Reps Steve and Dickie all stood down and did not stand for re-election.

The outcome of which is:---

The Essex Rep is Syd (or El Sid as he was called in the Quin when he mounted that horse)
Assistant rep is little old me,

Hey Essex-guys & girls,
congratz to Syd and sKorch as new Rep and Assistant Rep and many thanks to John, Dickie and Steve for their hard work in the past years !
We always felt very welcome in Essex and no doubt we'll be welcome in the next few years at Mersea Island too.

Note to the new Rep Syd ( or the man or woman who's dealing with this matter nowadays ) : as we are already planning to visit the 26th Poker Run in 2009, is it possible to book a 10-person cabin at the Mersea Island Outdoors Camp for next year ? Could you please confirm this to my private mailaddress treasurer@hdckempen.be ?

I was the loony that overtook them on the Poker run on my Orange Sporty..
