First meet of 2009!

Read this post after going to the Wheatsheaf last night. New landlords Claire and Dave seem ok - Josie had got them to make up some sandwiches for us - but only I turned up!!
I stayed for a couple of pints before leaving, well it would be rude not to, also I didn't know were you lot had gone off to.
I'll have to visit the web before I go next time..

Sorry you missed the inaugural meet in Halstead on the 7th.About 10 members turned up.(none on bikes!)

The next Essex meet is at the Anchor in Straford-St-Mary (Suffolk) on Wednesday the 21st starting approx 8pm.

not surprised none turned up on bikes...at least half of those ten that turned up live within half a mile of the pub!
