put some new bars on me chop all back together oops no clutch spent hours trying to adjust nowt worked left it couple of days another few hours no clutch wanderd back into me garage today one last go did adjustment put cover on worked sweet as a nutstill scratchin me head dont know wot i did different but a happy man ![]() sam |

I found that while the clutch pushrod adjustment is easy, the amount of free play there (one full turn) was something i had never come across.....but it worked.

Hi hawkeye think your right think its a fine line between to much of a turn and not enough but hey first time i have done it and got their in the end as you probably guessed i aint no mechanic but i have got some spanners ![]() sam

Like i said i made the same mistake, it 'felt' real bad leaving that much free play...........but it worked. we all gotta learn, it's a good feeling working on your own ride.
