Thnunder Header Baffle

Hi
Has any one fitted a thunder header pipe and managed to baffle it for MOT testing. The end of the pipe tapers and doesn't make it easy to fabricate a baffle.

Cheers

Easier still ask around and find someone who is a Harley friendly MOT station.

I ran a Thunderheader on my Deuce for a while but did'nt MOT in that time.
BUT..my local place says that it'll be OK if it's not stamped, "Not for road use!!".
