98 Dyna Speedo display

My speedo reading seems to have a few missing pixels making it pretty difficult to read the odometer.
Is there a way to fix it or do I need to start searching for a replacement speedo?

If you haven't found a speedo yet.....I might be selling the clocks of My lowrider. The speedo is near as dam it brand new as it was replaced under warntee late last year. Of course wold prefer to sell them as a set along with chrome housing and tank strap.

Thanks but I managed to find a brand new speedo on ebay.com for £60.Just waiting for it to arrive....
