Re: condensation in speedo!!!??????

Hi Lollypop.
This method may help from a previous thread, if you want to change the glass and seal. ;)

Re: condensation in speedo!!!??????

Lollypop: whatever you do don't do what my missus did a few years ago! when I was in the middle east, I brought back a Rotary watch that I bought out there and used for diving, it was good for up to 50 metres, anyway when I got home I cracked the face, so, in rain and if I was wearing it when washing, it would steam up, so I would put it on the mantlepiece to gently dry out! This particular evening, Glad thought she would speed the process up by putting the watch under the grill! This was not a good idea! one toasted watch! The moral is: if you need to dry it out, do it gently on a radiator or mantlepiece and then put some sealant on the edge of the glass! ;) (She did buy me a new one, but I bet it cost her more than I paid for it!!)
