Good on yer Lollipop, Ican't wait to get my tank back so I can get out for a good shakedown ride on my little baby, I was footering with her today and found a couple of spots of rust, so out came the rust converter to hopefully stop it, (well it does as I've used it before!) so am going to have a good look over her tomorrow, providing she who must be obeyed lets me!

Re: hundred mile ride, 05 883R,stg1[SMOOTH!!]

Hi Lollypop, I haven't been near my nearest dealer yet, as I'm waiting on a transfer for the tank, and as its the centenary 1903-2003 one, I had to give my vin & engine nos as the have to come from the u.s. of a, so I'm waiting on the word: those heated grips, are they anti-vibration as well as heated? I have a set of heated inner gloves that I use on the MZ as that's my winter bike, but one of them stopped working, so I'll have to get it checked out, it might be just a looose connection, but they are great on a bike without a fairing, but if you have a fairing they tend to get a bit too warm. ;) cheers Dave
