Re: Servicing tools

I'm going to have a llok round, I looked up in the manual and seen a couple of things I can make, it's a bit like the MZ, they show you how to make up alot of tools, I'll just futter around in the garage, I've plenty of welding rods to make up wheel alignment tool, no probs on that score, the video was useful showing how to do quite a few things, though its in american english! Should save a fair bit on money to the dealers!

I'll second that. Got torx bits there. Couldn't find any hex bits, but got some Teng ones from Prime Tools. Halfords (my local ones anyway) don't sell individial AF sockets, but they do have them in sets.

I've also got some tools I couldn't find locally from Snap-On, Machine Mart, Tooled Up, HD Tools (Dave The Tools, just down the road from me), and Just Off Base.

Re: Servicing tools

They did just cover BTs, the Sporty one only came out recently.

I haven't tried mine in a DVD player, but it plays OK on my computer.

Re: Servicing tools

I just got it the other day, the action is all on a 2004 up sporty, but basically it's the same for mine (2003) and they do emphasise that it's in conjunction with your workshop manual. You get two discs, I haven't looked at the second one yet, get around to it soon! But Folkie has it covered, it's the same crowd.
