Sporty speedo on a softtail

Am thinking about putting a sporty speedo(95) onto a softtail. Anybody know is this is easy or not?

Electronic or mechanical? logistically easy, but depends on the gearing.

Sorry ...... should have said was thinking of using a electric drive speedo not cable driven.

There you go, should mount easily above the handlebars. It will be set for Sporty gearing. There are several devices available to change that.
