I'd definetly rather own the real thing Patrick..don't know exactly what it is about that bike but i think it looks wrong. The back end is horrible and them pipes look really bad...i imagine the lean angle to the right is less than a standard sporty. It just looks like an overweight distant cousin of the XR750...only thing that looks right is the paintjob..think they could have done a lot better than this. I certainly won't be trading in my XLH for one!

hi french owl,i have read about this new xr 1200 in MCN.if it has the performance,suspention,handling,& brakes in a proper sports package then come on lets have it!!!!if it dose what it says on the tin,who can fault that.well done H/D.lollypop.
