Re: HD Sportster Expert to the bridge please

Got a good wiring diagram somewhere, think its still on my old p.c.
If you want a copy it will come in 2 jpg's i think for you to print out and stitch together.
I will dig it out tomorrow and load it up here tomorrow night (b.h. monday)
I used it to fit tiny indicators to my sportster but then had to alter the flasher unit to get the draw right, ended up fitting a badlander plug in unit to get the flashing right. Diagram was spot on as before this i only had the Haynes one and couldn't work out where to start.

Will post it tomorrow

Re: HD Sportster Expert to the bridge please

Heres the wiring diagram
1 was a normal scan
2 was a b&w detail scan (better for big printout/zooming)
Scanners not up to much though, but it should be o.k.

Restrictions on file size don't help, it really affects the detail

If you need a better copy (1.5mb) p.m. me an e-mail address and i'll forward a better copy.

WIRING DIAGRAM REMOVED (USING MY UPLOAD LIMIT UP) 30 DOWNLOADS COMP.
IF YOU NEED IT PLEASE P.M. ME AND I'LL MAIL YOU THE HIGHER RESOLUTION ONE.
CHEERS

Re: HD Sportster Expert to the bridge please

you've done a really good job by the looks of it - though you've only shown us the EASIEST and neatest bit of your own rewire ha ha ha

the previous wiring job was a mess....and a potential nightmare for troubleshooting. I was gonna suggest buying an OEM spec replacement loom from somewhere like Jireh for relative peanuts.....but you've obviously fixed it all up faster than most!!
