flashers dont flash

my sportster has had dodgy indicators since i bought it,so i bought a new set of aftermarket ones last week.after fitting them the front left one stays on all the time,the rear right one flashes when required,but the other two dont work at all.i borrowed a set of original sportster indicators from a mate and temporarily fitted them as he thought i might need a load equalizer for the other ones but they are doing the same..any ideas?

What year is your bike.
Did you just replace the lights or the complete system including switches and flasher unit?
Does your bike have the TSSM (Turn signal security module)?

My 2p at the moment is a bad earth!

just replaced the lights ,the switches were replaced before i bought the bike. its a 92 1200

got a sparky mate to check the wiring to the indicators and its ok we now think i will have to replace the flasher module anybody know if the badlands replacment is any good(95quid)?
