| Re: sportster grips Ref you original question about getting the old grip off. Easiest way I've found is to push a long thin screwdriver between the bar and the grip and spray Wd40 down it. Do it in several different places pushing the screwdriver down further each time. Should come off without damaging the grip or the bars. Fix new grip with liberal amounts of superglue or even better, superglue gel. Don't use evostik or similar as this melts on a sunny day (remember them) and the grip falls off. Tooty |

| Re: sportster grips bought some new grips today from custom chrome...old ones had been glued on( right job to get em off)..anyways new ones on and look ace, mindst you any would compared to the oe crappy ones ![]()
