Speed V's Revs

Can somebody with a 07/08 883 Sporty do me a favor and make a note of the revs there motor is doing in top gear at 50mph and 70mph and even 80mph if thats possible.
Reason being i am considering changing the gearing on my XR1200 to give it longer legs, at the moment it is geared the same as an 883 (US Spec) which is to busy on the motorway for my liking. The UK spec engine sprocket is four teeth bigger, so i want to see what the difference will be at motorway speeds.
Thanks in advance.

Don't know if the gearing is different from 07-08 but if it helps my 2005 1200C worked out from 69 mph at 3000 rpm is

50 mph = 2173 rpm
70 mph = 3042 rpm
80 mph = 3477 rpm

Re: Speed V's Revs

Surely this assumes that the rev counter and the speedo are accurate? The speedo has to be within 10% legally so a indicated 70 could fall between 63 and 77 mph. The rev counters are made the same way but as there are no legal tolerances on them they could be way out.
