Further to my original post, which did attract a response, I think I'm reluctantly going to have to give up with girlyglide/fatboyzdiner.
I've been trying to ring them for two days and they don't answer the phone or reply to answerphone messages.

I have emailed a list of stuff I need a few times, but after a couple of replies to queries they seem to lose interest and don't reply again.

I'm not in a great rush for stuff but they don't seem interested at all.

Thanks for coming on this webiste and assasinating my business without reading the contents of the e-mails we have sent you.

If you look below our signature on our e-mails you will see our opening times. It's plain enough to see that we are closed all day on Wednesdays, which contrary to your inference that we can't be bothered, is the reason we haven't replied to you.

I take offence to you saying that we have lost interest in your order, up to now we have replied to every e-mail we have received from you.

Furthermore you have not been trying to ring us for two days - you left a message on our answer machine on Wednesday and no other message since (unless you called before 10am this morning in which case we were closed - but you would have realised that by reading our e-mail with opening times clearly displayed).

To say the least I'm a little miffed with your attitude (and that's being polite). You have posted accusations here that are without foundation and have supported them with inaccuracies.

As I was the creator of this thread I would just like to say that GirlyGlide sent me a PM telling me about their business and replied to a message I left within a few hours by phoning me direct. They then took all the details of the gaskets I required and called me back within 10 mins. to give me the price and delivery details (and the price was very good in comparison to main dealers) Ok, I did not buy this time through them but that was simply because I needed the parts next day so fetched them myself from my local dealer. But in the future I will certainly give GirlyGlide a call. Plus they offer discount if you are a member of this club!
