hell yea! the bigger you go the worse it handles, i had a 230 on the back of my sporty chop and it was awful, looked nice though and wouldnt stop me doing it again! but then for me the harley is not about handling, i have a Buell for that!

I'm running a 230 rear and a 150/90 front,- & it does strait lines well but it takes a lot of wresting around corners.
I laced a standard H-D hub to a a 15" 81/2" rim to save money buying a whole wheel and e-bayd a lot of the other parts,- you don't have to spend big money on kits if you shop around & do your homework.

so does anyone know where i could buy a kit (in the uk) without being ask why are you doing it etc etc ? ive got cash waiting but cant no-one who sells these kits. any help id be gratefull for

they look great and I am after one myself I have not seen any for sale in the UK. But their are some on Ebay US I did email them and they want 995 plus 154 shipping for everything

hope this help oh those in US dolllars

its always the same got money to spend and cant get the goods. i recently bought new exaust system from the states and it cost me another £44 customs on top of parcelforce throwing their costs in to. surely there must be some-one in this country that does this sort of stuff. anyone want to do mine for me for cash money ?

£stg strengthened considerably against the US$ today... check out the exchange rates...

If you have mates who want stuff from the states consolidate with them and spread the cost of the freight.

8% duty
15% vat
Customs Clearance if you are unlucky £11-15.00

Still cheaper than UK do you homework...
