New hi-lift/duration cams and lifters (lifters 'a must' if your Sportster is '00-'02) bike is a lot quicker, but to benefit, original silencers are better than SE II's, so a new set of original silencers are on their way from the US of A, so pic is with the SE's.

no its not. ive owned bikes for 40 years and never had a legal plate on any of them hence plates in pic. not bragging its just personal choice and risk ( i ) run ,
