| Re: whats that screw for?
I used the thumbwheel on the RK coming home from work this morning as after a ten hour shift, holding the throtle open can be painfull after around 15 miles, and backed it off when I reached town. I can't see it being dangerous as my other bikes are set up like that to allow hand signals, also no US company would fit it if likely to "cause serious injury or death" as the MoCo term it.There is also no reason for them to fit a return cable if the throtle had to be pulled shut by the return spring. I know of nothing in the test for Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles that requires it to snap shut or any exemption for earlier machines with lever operated throtles, maybe you could quote the relevant section from the manual. |

No mention of "snap" shut though. |

I suffer a lot from pins n needles, and setting this lightly allows me to drop my hand from the grip and get rid of tingling also allows me to relax my grip slightly.Use it a lot
