Re: 1995 Parts Catalog

It won't be far off.....you could use it at a pinch. Wasn't it around 96 that some Sportsters statrted getting twin plugs and smarter rear shock set-ups? Use your common sense...it will be fine for 90% of stuff but it is always best to get the right book. Be wary of any parts numbered -95 or -96. Your bike won't have them.

Re: 1995 Parts Catalog

Thanks Dave..

As its only £14 plus shipping from America I'll get it just for reference..

Would it have part numbers in it that end in -94?

Thanks again

Tony

If you are paying you may as well get the right one. I thought you may have inherited a freebie

The one you want is Part No 99451-94.
Although some of the 95 stuff will be the same there were big changes for 96 bikes.

True....
There is no point paying half the price for something that only does half the job, and you can guarantee that the part number I want is on the 96 bike..

If anyone is looking for a 95/96 sportster parts catalog try here

1995 1996 Harley Davidson Sportster Parts Catalog:eBay Motors (item 190302774341 end time Oct-19-09 08:38:06 PDT)

Hope the link works Ebay item number 190302774341

You just need to sort out the postage (shipping)

They do have other parts catalogs too

Yes, the left hand page has a numbered, exploded view of the assembly and the right hand side has the parts information next to the item number.

It's not a lot of money at all.

Every nut, bolt, washer and seal is identified and shown how it fits and where.

It's actually priceless........really.

When you can pay a hundred quid for a piece of chrome crap that does nothing, 50 quid or whatever it is for the parts book is an investment.

AND it allows you to order the RIGHT bit over the phone/net with absolute confidence.
