Quick question, would a 2005 factory service manual be the same as a 2004 factory manual, cheers M

Not too many changes from the rubber mounted engine models of 2004 to 2005.

Main changes between bikes was a 1" rear axle (up from 3/4") with a slight change of wheel, swingarm and caliper to accommodate that.

At the front, clear lens reflector optics in the headlight.

Mine is a 2005 model made in July 2004. The 2005 model Clymer manual I have gives the different torque values for the 2004 and 2005 rear axle nuts etc.

Thanks for that, I had the chance of getting a 2005 factory manual for buttons on fleabay, but its gone now, Ive got the clymer manual for 2004, didnt think there would be any changes from 2004-2006, but there you go...
