Disabled rider

My friend has had a stroke and his left arm is disabled, he is looking for a tandem clutch/brake lever for the right handle bar.
His bike is an Ironhead Sportster with cable operated controls.
Does anyone know of a supplier for this type of lever?

Thanks for the info, I can't find Sooty's Custom web site but I have their phone number, so I will phone them tomorrow.
Have been to NABD website and they gave me phone number for Suffolk Trikes who do a kit for right hand Clutch/Brake, so will try them tommorow too.
