What are the issues with regards bikes without V5's?? I know that is a daft question but if you could access a guaranteed non-stolen frame that had been parted from the V5 (sold separately) how would you go about securing an age related plate and what issues would you have years down the line if another project came up??

Or am I being naive about the frame being legit?

if you rebuild from a secondhand frame you have to go through the motorcycle type approval process and then you'll get a Q plate.
