Rain Jacket Recommendation
What rain jacket with attached hood do you recommend? I'm looking for lightweight, well-made, with large enough cuffs to accomodate winter gloves and raincovers, without fumbling, and cinch down tightly. TIA

Held water proofs are one of the best for the money.
