Bendix float height help

Good evening all from the UK, I like this site... It's tops.!

Can anyone please tell me how to set the float height on my 40mm Bendix carb. I can't find any manuals or information on how to set it.
Unlike the Mikuni, there's no drain spout to attach a piece of clear pipe to check the fuel height. I would imagine the float height is set by removing the float chamber, turn the carb upside down and setting the float to a given height from the carb body.... but what is it.??

Many thanks... BF.

Got this answer for you.

Remove the float bowl, turn it upside down and then make the float paralell with the carb body. This will be the correct float level. Be carefull to get the float spring back in the bowl correctly. It's kinda tricky.
