Help !!!!

Michael here in Aylesbury.

I only today noticed that my rear tyre is down to the threads and bald !!!!!!! I managed to pick up a brand new tyre today but I thought I would have a check on the pads to see what state they were in when I removed the rear tyre in my garage this evening (Saturday) and they are desperately need replacing. Trouble is, although a mate of mine is running my wheel and new tyre round to a tyre shop on monday morning in his van, I have the pads out and need to replace them. There are no bikes shop open on monday in Aylesbury and as my springer softail is my only transport, I need to get these pads renewed at the same time....

I cannot get to Oxford HD (as I will be without a bike) or Thames Valley in Slough. I don't want to put the old pads back on the bike when I re-install the rear wheel but I need the bike for monday as I start a 7 day stretch of night shifts mon monday night.

Is there ANYONE around who has got a set of rear brake pads for a 98 FXSTS Springer Softail that lives within the Aylesbury area that I could get to on sunday co'z sunday is the only time I can use the wife's car as she needs it herself for work on monday.

Thanks to all but it's sorted now. I went to Thames Valey HD in Slough and got the pads that I needed. Cost me £33 though. Still, I know I could've got them cheaper else where but needs must as today was the only time I could've got them.
