Conduit?

Does anyone know the name of a shop that I can buy the flexible conduit (pref flat rather than round as have very low shocks) that goes under the rear mudguard to protect the rear light wiring?

Appreciate there is theoretical choice out there, however if anyone knows the name of a supplier - please reply.
