MPH to KPH Speedometer conversion

I am shipping 5 Harleys to Europe that I purchased in the US. The problem, of course, is that the US speedometers are in MPH and I need them to read KPH. Is there a simple solution for this, or do I need to swap out the speedos? I was thinking there might be a sticker I could mount on the speedo face - or maybe even a new speedo face. I realize that the odometer will still read miles, but I'm not sure this will be a problem.

Hold the button on the back of the speedo for a few seconds and the digits change from Miles to Kilometres. Don't know if you can put in a replacement face.

Hey Major. Are these 5 Harley's in addition to the Sportster you bought for your "Bird"?

USA spec is only MPH not able to switch to Km ph as per the UK spec. The headlight will also have low beam to the right in the eyes of oncoming in UK but ok in mainland europe.
