Fair enough my mistake it's just a bit confusing for someone looking for the correct tool when having never done it before because they could end up with this and that is not a 12 point socket?

Not a mistake Baz, a reasonable conclusion, the proper tool would be 12 points, but 6 fits.

The number 13211 is the Draper part number,Bi-Hex,so 12 point.
Try motorist parts store eg A1 Motor Spares they are normaly Draper stockists.
That one is "Expert Quality" and normaly flank drive, you don't want the B&Q type Draper.
