It is an inspired idea, but easily copied by adapting a ruler and suitable 'finger', with a little imagination.

I've got one similar I bought off eBay for few quid a year ago.

I first saw one on Harley Hogs site: Liot's Primary Chain Tool

The pictures and the web site appear to be gone now.

Here is a picture of mine:-







It's now another shed ornament, because I've just fitted a HB125 auto tensioner.
