Angina?

A man walks into the Doctors surgery and punches the Doctor in the face, knocking him to the floor.
'What the feck was that for?' says the Doc.
'You bastard' says the man 'you told my wife she has a nice fanny!'
'NO!' Says the Doc - 'What I told her was - .......
