Yippee, we're off, don't forget to watch my website and see how we're getting on.
I'm sorry if I haven't replied to some of the later messages, I just run out of time, it's manic!
Lots of Love

Re: Sally's Biking 4 Brainray

Just had a look at "Sally`s" site and I see she is up to 99% of the £5K she wanted to raise for Hurstwood Park Neurological Hospital,,

So it looks as if she should have no problem getting to her target and more..

Fantastic result..

Re: Sally's Biking 4 Brainray

Hi again one and all,
If you knew how hard this was for me, I could throw the !!! computer, I spend hours on it and get nowhere.
I want to get in touch with individuals that helped me, one being Maid in Cornwall, but can I do it. NO. How can I ride a bike around the coast but can't put a simple message on a forum?
I know you're reading this so I've actually achieved it, but who knows if it's in the right place or not!
If I don't get in touch with you personally, it's truly not for lack of trying.
Thank you Kev and Demelza, (and the pussies) a lovely tea, but the best thing was gloves in the tumbledryer!
Thank you Maid in Cornwall for supporting me even though you were moving.
Thank you Foby and gang for waiting so patiently and brill. whip round.
Thank you Lincs. for a fab. escorted ride and donations.
Thank you Warbird for a really long escort, hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
Thank you Geoff for great escort.
Thank you Baff, the comedian and Nick for joining us at ! can't remember. Thank you Devon John and all at the Cornish Cream Rally, I'll wear the t.shirt with pride and must come back for another Pasty.
Thank you Dan the Man for our ferry crossing.
Thank you Badnamemike and gang for being their on our return.
Thank you especially Reddwitch without you this wouldn't have come about.
What would we have done without Monster (Mort) a truly special person. You worked so hard for us, photographer, PA, comedian etc. etc.
This ride has truly changed our lives and for the better.
Please if I've left anyone out, forgive me, there were so many of you.
Before I go must quickly tell you about Tom, when he got home he had a bike accident, a 17 year old drove into him, he didn't stand a chance, he ended up with the car wheel next to his head and the bike on top of him. He thankfully only suffered minor cuts and bruising, the bike and car suffered a lot more though. He was so lucky.
4,000 miles without a scratch and a few miles from home and nearly die. Ironic.
With much love to all of you, ride safe and hopefully see you at the farm party.
Sally

Re: Sally's Biking 4 Brainray

I have recieved this very nice thankyou from Hurstwood Park for your support of Sally's Ride at the Farm Party , well done .

Also an e-mail from SERV " the Bloodrunners " Charity.

Quote:
Hi Mike

Firstly I would like to thank you for the invite to the farm party. The volunteers who came have reported back that they
had a great time and the home brewed cider went down well!! In fact one of them tells me that when he got home he was sick 3 times and went straight back to bed!! lol

Also i would like to let you know that £306!!!! was raised for serv, please pass on this news to all your members with our
very greatful thanks.

If there are any further events that you feel would be beneficial to serv ie new riders/volunteers etc please do not hesitate to contact me.

Many thanks

Gail Buckle
Events Coordinator for SERV
