Shifty/Charlie. A good place to meet would be the Markeaton services on the A38 ring road round Derby. There is also a Mcdonalds there so plenty of space to meet up, we could then run to the Tamworth services and book in and then run to the wall. What do you think ? If you want to come down the night before i have plenty of room at my place. If we meet about 9 am on the 11th at Markeaton we will arrive in plenty of time at Tamworth.

9 am sounds good to me mate; I was thinking from your description that must be the Maccie D's next to the roundabout near the big park.

Hi Budgie
Well not many takers on the camping. So my plan will probably be to get up into the area on Friday pm and then cut and run south after the service on Saturday. I will PM you a bit closer to the time and firm up the options.
