Hi All
I have this morning spoken to Pam (Treasurer and Secretary) at Birch Coppice Social Club B78 1SY who has said that camping would not be a problem but that she has had to restrict it to 50 tents (did not say what size of tent?) @ £3 per tent. Pam has also said we are more than welcome to meet and use the club on Friday night and that if numbers get to many then she will open the function room for us. So even if in a hotel near by what about an impromptu get together there on the Friday evening? There is also a fuel station 100m down the road.
Should you wish to stop/camp there on the Friday night you will need to let Pam know asp by phone either on 07983520151 or 01827892227 so that she can control numbers and find out arrival times so that she can coordinate staff. Hope this is of some help.
Aye Charlie

This ride is soooo worth it! if it's cold or a little damp then so wot! it will be nothing to what our brave servicmen and women have had to sacrifice.

Hi
I have posted the Friday night meet at Birches on a couple of webs so we will just have to see who appears and make the best of it, the more the better. Never know, might even get the chance to have a laugh with some "Wild Hoggies"
Paul and me will be in there from early o'clock as I do not intend to have a late one (Ha! Ha! Ha!).
From the general response I was a little late (3rd Sept) to try and org this as most have already booked hotels or decided to ride down on Saturday morning but we could always class it as recon for next year.
