Thanks to our wonderful sponsors:

Thanks to everyone for your fantastic support in 2007.
Here's the presentation of one of the Harmonic Scalpels we bought with last year's proceeds:

We had over 2,500 bikes through the gates, and we've raised over £20,000 for The Sussex Heart Charity.
Take a look at the galleries to see what you did enjoy or what you could have enjoyed. TV footage now up!
Once again many, many thanks!

Thanks for your support in 2006, you raised £12,500 for the Brighton Heart Support Trust!

Re: Sally's Biking 4 Brainray

From the beertent;

Quote:
Hi you lot, Sally here,

I just wanted to say a special 'thank you' mostly to Mike and Kim for a fantastic party. I've never been able to go before as I'm usually working, but I made it this year and it was well worth it. Even got Matt, my son to pick me up so that I could have a drink as well. Didn't have any cider though, had to ride the bike the next day!

You were all so generous, yet again. I came away with £580 for Hurstwood Park, they're thrilled, as you can imagine.

I met lots of people from my coast ride and it was lovely being able to talk without having to rush off!

I have had more support from you lot than from anywhere else, you're truly great and you've bumped my sponsership up to over £7,000 now.

All I need now is a new challenge for next year. Any ideas?

Thank you once again Mike and Kim for all of your hard work, worth every ounce of effort.

Loads of Love
Sally

Ride to Hurstwood Park Neurological Hospital Haywards Heath

Hi, Sally here from Sally's Biking 4 Brainray - Home

As most of you know Meridian TV had promised to be at Brighton when I left for my ride, but they didn't turn up!

Well I've been in touch with them and they apologised, but guess what? They've also said they would film me when I hand the cheque over.

Because you lot have been so good to me I asked if you could all come with me, I said it would make great TV and they agreed.

So if any of you would like to join me, that would be so good. A real finish for biking4brainray.

Meridian said they would go along with any date that I wanted, so I've been in touch with my brain surgeon and the chairman and think I'll leave them to make a date as they're the most busiest.

Hope loads of you can come, I'm really excited.

It won't be for another couple of weeks yet, but I'll keep you posted.

Loads of love
Sally

The Ace Cafe Finals Thursday 25th September 08.

Dear Club,

PRESS RELEASE

As part of the cafe's 70th anniversary celebrations, Ace Cafe London, working with Stonebridge Motor Co and Nick Gale Customs, have been hosting S&S Cycle promotion regularly on the last Thursday of the month, Harley Night.

Prizes, awards and goodies donated by S&S Cycle, who this year celebrated their 50th anniversary, have been supplemented by products and goodies from Baker Drivetrain who celebrate their 10th anniversary this year.

Each month since April, a "Best Harley On The Night" has been chosen, the winners of which are returning to the cafe for the Grand Final on Harley Night, Thursday 25th September 08.

On this evening, there will also be a "Bike Of The Night" spot prize winner chosen at 8.30pm. This bike will also compete in the Grand Final to be awarded at 9pm.

The Grand Final winner will receive items from S&S cycle and Baker Drivetrain to include 25% discount, via Nick Gale Custom, on a new S&S Cycle engine.

Specially for this evening, following the judging and the awards, the Harley riding rock vixen, Dilana, as part of her UK Tour, will be debuting at the cafe and promoting the launch of her new album "Darklight".

Re: Ride to Hurstwood Park Neurological Hospital Haywards Heath

I've got a date now for meeting Meridian at 11am on Monday 29th September.
I expect most of you are working but try and come if you can.
I'm not sure whether it will be a blink and you'll miss it or if they'll give us a few minutes, let's hope they make up for not turning up when I left Brighton.
I've raised over £7,000 and quite a chunk comes from you lot, so I am especially grateful to you all.
Anyway if you can't make it, don't forget to tune in and watch.
It'll be the last time I wear my Barbie pink thank God!
