Once again another great Lake District Rally.
Thanks to all the Lakes crew for the organisation, ride out and even the silly games.

Nice to see old and new faces and the sun came out to play at last.

Another brill rally from the Lakes boys n girls. I love a challenge, and the rideout with nearly forty bikes snaking through the hairpins of the Langdales was terrific
Loved playing 'Lookalikes' with Sue Whelan and friends at the back of the bar last night - did you know we have members in this club that look the spit of Linda Lusardi, Dawn French, Jim Bowen, Rula lenska, Matt Lucas, Olive Oil, Alice from 'Vicar of Dibley', Billy Connolly, Des Lynam and Jean-Claude van-Dam?
I lost my wife on the way home when she decided the comforts of Tony Cross's heritage far outweighed the pillion of my V-Rod, and then we got split up - and of course around the Trough of Bowland isn't the best place for a phone signal, so I came home without her and awaited an hour for her arrival. Apparently they had search parties out looking for me!!!

Thanks to the Lakes Crew for a great rally and weather Saturday/ Sunday. First 24hrs without rain in ages. Now an extra challenge for you. Can you locate a Sat Nav with a special deluxe feature on it which allows Rod Bod on a V-rod to follow a couple of Softails one of which is an 07 being carefully run in at the moment without getting lost?.
