Thanks to the Lakes crew for a great time, Lizzie and I enjoyed the Friday night and the tootle around to Langdale- sorry not to make the Saturday evening too but wedding duties called,

Just spoke to Dougie and he reports that Saturday night was a corker, we'll make sure to do both nights next year. Thanks again.

thank you Chris and crew. I could scarcely believe it, but you really *DID* book good weather. And a damn good Sat night band.

I rode 170 miles to Glasgow at lunchtime and it was sunny almost all the way!

Great to see so many familiar faces venturing out this weekend.....

Big round of applause to the lakes crew for a well organised and most enjoyable weekend, just what we needed, sunshine, good company.

I had fun last night tho' chasing after the biggest black beatle I've ever seen in my life around the bedroom! It must have hitched a ride from the campsite.....it disappeared under the wardrobe and I ain't caught it yet!
