Sorry i cant make the meet, my wife has booked a bit of romance for my 30th tues to fri in london, disappointed about not being able to meet you guys n gals for the first time but also happy for other reasons! It is a shame because looking at my shift patterns the next thurs i can meet is next year! If anyone fancies a ride out i am around the week before aug bank holiday and the bank holiday weekend so please let me know, love to meet up with some fellow lake district members

Sorry another excuse but im committed to parties on the sat and sun evenings of the weekend sounds a great weekend though, a shame realy my grandparents in law just live at nottingham, could have shown you his collection of classic brittish bikes! Thanks for the invite and have a great weekend, see you soon!

We're meeting up at the Strawberry at 6.30 on Thursday, if anyone wants to join us for the ride up.

(Despite Squiz's quarantine story to try to pilfer the free Walesby ticket )

Unbelievably, Squiz managed to have the entire meeting put into an isolation ward while he snaffled the free ticket.
The lengths some people will go to, to save a few quid.

Obviously, neither Hippy or Cliff have been let out yet. Hippy is having his rally T-shirt surgically removed and under anaesthetic Cliff admitted his secret yearning for a new pair of chaps. Hold on lads, the green van and men in white coats are on their way.
