Service ?

Hi, can anyone help me? Have just come out of a 'dark' room and feel much better. Have bought my first Harley!!!........a Road King Classic. It is due an oil & filter and a few other bits. Can anyone recommend a local independant Harley person who could do this for me as I understand the main dealers can sting you a bit. I have been told Le Rock at Mansfield is a good start, but would appreciate any advice/suggestions for around the Lincoln/Sleaford/Grantham areas, Cheers hoebo..

Think you'll find quite a few from those areas come to Le Rock anyway cos of price and quality of work, thoroughly recommend these guys.....

Kev at Le rock is great, also Billys joint at Doncaster, about 2 mins from the st ledger harley


but if its just oil and filter, save your self a bundle and do it yourself, its sooo easy

We riding up to Le Rock next Friday from Grantham/Sleaford if you fancy a trip.

I'm like a sponge at the moment where the Harley's concerned so any advice/help whatsoever would be much appreciated, even better if its over a pint of the black stuff!!!!

Sounds good Hoebo. Im in Grantham but my partner lives in Sleaford (she also rides a Harley) so we must meet some time. There are a few of us round here.

Are the local Hog meets at an end or do they continue through the winter months?

Hi mate - yes the meets continue every 1st and third tuesday right through the winter. As posted very eloquently on another thread (I forget which one)the xmas do is on first tuesday meet in december - you're quite welcome to come along but will need to book with Alf or the landlord chappy. if you have any matt black paint bring it along for Collins as he is doing a winter project and needs a lot for his massive panniers.
