Well back on the road again. Bike going well touch wood. Getting some miles under my belt and incidently have noticed how much more it costs to fill up with fuel these days  . Went for ride to Nottingham yesterday and can recommend the roads through the edge of the Vale of Belvoir if you're stuck at 55mph. Hope to be back at Le Rock next Saturday for 500 mile oil, check etc and then get my fillings rattled and my vision blurred   |

Jim, if you fancy a run up to Doncaster tomorrow (monday) give me a call as I'm planning to take the posh hurricane which is also being run in so 50 / 55 mph is as good as it gets for now ! I'll be going the senic route rather than the direct one for that reason (and there's a petrol station on the way into Donc - essential for any journey on the hurricane!)
